Maxxis 20" "Transformers" tires?

I came across these tires on eBay. I've never heard of them and can't find any other information, e.g. the ETRTO size. They resemble Primo Comets, but come in colored sidewalls. Has anybody seen or tried these?

I think free shipping is not so free ...

" Ship to worldwide. Shipping is free except for Central and South America / Africa / Russia, the buyers have to afford the balance. "
" Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying."
