Hi guys, I'm a long time reader first time poster and would like help with choosing a low end folder. My budget is $400 so I was thinking about the speed uno but don't want to regret getting a single speed so i found the "tern Link c7" for $450. My main priority is "quality".

I live on the third floor and have a small car, i don't use public transportation, it will be used in parks or the Chicago lake shore paths.

I've searched these brands citizen, downtube, origami and found them to be either heavy or cheap components used.

Feel free to correct me as I'm still a noob.
