Raleigh 20 rebuild / Bike Website trying to find

Howdy. Can anyone point me to a website/blogsite about bikes that
1. Has 4-5 posts about rebuilding a Raleigh 20
2. Has a picture of somewhere in Holland (Fields and a Windmill) on the front page
3. Outlines a technique for replacing a R20 rim where he tapes the new rim next to the old one and then swaps the spokes.
4. The Raleigh 20 is a blue one.

I had it and then lost it, someone out there must know this site?

Thanks
