Guys, quick! please help!

Guys/Gals,

I found these 2 bicycles im showing interest in. I basically want it for the summer. My ride will be like 2mi or less. Just quick and easy commutes. Let me know what you guys think is a best option. Or if there is a better option i am open to hear your opinions.

Thank You,
Manuel

Go the Boardwalk or Citizen Tokyo. Don't go the Tokyo if you are above 5'8.

boardwalk if it's in good condition, they don't offer better pics there it seems.

I don't like the vintage dahon design or that whatever brancd you had shown.

hope you didn't buy any of those bikes. there are more better used bikes in CL. you just have to wait. for the prices of those bikes you showed, they're not worth their price. used boardwalk can be had for about $150 or less at CL.

Bikes: Schwinn Avenue (Walmart), Former owner of Mongoose Paver. (I have the notable distinction of purchasing the last Paver!)

A lot of CL sellers set prices ridiculously high believing buyers are going to grind on them about price no matter what they specify. CL is so hit-and-miss this way.

I waste a lot of time conducting myself like I'm at a third-world flea market (where none of the prices reflect what the person really expects). And then, one day I get a Dahon gray-market folder for free (when the seller didn't realize the hinge mechanism was broken, and advertised a price 2 times more than it would be worth if it had been in good condition.).

I think CL's shortcoming is that there's no buyer/seller reputation system. There's no downside to pricing things for haggling (wasting people's time driving around trying to determine the real price). But, then some people like that kind of garage-sale experience.
