Folding bikes are seasonal

Google Correlate shows interesting patterns for 'folding bikes'. Look at the graph here:

1. It has very strong seasonal cycle.
2. It has an up trend year to year.
3. 2008 has an abnormal peak. Maybe the economy down turn?

Do folding bike dealers see similar pattern in their business?

That's the bike industry in general, particularly for the US and northern hemisphere.
