should I buy this Birdy?
The seller says that it's 2011, but it's the old style frame, so it must be older. Does anyone know when they switched over? The asking price is $1,000 and per the photos it appears to be in good condition. I really like the new Birdy that I test rode at b-fold, but the price is a bit steep. The seller doesn't know the model, but the derailleur is Deore. Thoughts? Thank you!

I have seen a few in the last several months on Craigslist Seattle and they were in the $500 range. Not sure what year though. There was a Birdy for sale on the vancouver BC Craigslist for $300 and it was spelled Birdie.

Seems a bit steep, but without pictures and a list of components very hard to gauge whether asking price is in line.
