Dahon Jetstream EX 2010 creak on handblebars folding stem

I have this bike since 2010. The handblebar stem isn't showing any signs of being loose. However when I ride it or pull it towards me it creaks annoyingly. I have tightened all the internal screws with an alllen key but no real improvement. Any suggestions welcome!

The creak could be coming from a different region, the frame hinge perhaps. Or even the seat post. I've been mystified with Dahon creaks for months only to find a counter-intuitive origin.

On earlier stems I've sometimes found it necessary to oil the internal moving parts of the clamp to eliminate creaks.

Thanks Chagzuki. It is definitely coming from the handlebar stem in this instance. I eliminated the creaks in the frame hinge a long time ago. I will try oiling it though.

Has the clamp at the top of the headset become easy to close or does it still require some amount of hand pressure. This requires infrequent attention with a small wrench to maintain clamping tension.
