It doesn't fit.....

W' Seat post and wheels off - it should do - its big brother, the 26" wheeled version does (with a bit for lid surgery to avoid taking off the tyres :) )

Lol it wasn't meant to, it was a trial matching to see if bike would fit with some disassembly on first sight. It will as Human Amp points out :D

Don't want to divert the thread, but has anybody tried Pacific Reach's Trail version? Supposedly it's more offroad oriented.

Yeah swmbo has one. She adores it.

But you did :p

I even ride the IF Reach on trails and it copes brilliantly and very smooth indeed. It is very versatile despite being mainly a road or commuting bike.

Very cool! What kind of tires can you put on the IF Reach? Could you get as large as Big Apples?

The Reach has 451 wheels so for big tyres you are limited... but due to full suspension, that's not necessary anyway. SWMBO has Intense Micro Knobby tyres, they are excellent. There are other off-road choices as well such as Kenda Small Block 8. The racing BMX crowd uses 451.

I use Schwalbe Duranos which I find fast & reasonably puncture proof (so far)!

Mr Mulleady, there is a simple and economic solution to you bike check in / travel issues; select which of your stable you are most attached to, sell the rest, and buy your own plane with the proceeds - no more nasty flight attendants / ground staff to give you gyp !!
