Pacific Reach (non-folding) folder sized bike

Well I have been on this forum off and on for a couple of years and had a few bikes since then.

I recently had a Dahon Jetstream P8 but althought it was great I was fascinated with the Reach and managed to get hold of probably one of the very few Special Edition Scandium framesets in the UK (100 worldwide), so I had to sell the Dahon and get the Pacific as a stable mate to my beach cruiser.

Its all done now but wasnt sure which part of the forum I can join, since this is more like a Mini-Velo I guess but has the same frame size as a normal folder, so now this is the closest forum I could join up with as it has 20'' wheels.

I love it, built to my choice, but it rides amazingly well and I love the fact is it so light and quick

Here is most of the spec and some pics, I hope you like it:

SRAM Red (black) chainset 53/39
SRAM 2x10 Double tap flat bar shifters
SRAM XO rear mech
SRAM Force front mech
SRAM PG 1070 cassette
Avid Speed Dial Ultimate brake levers
Tektro R559 brake calipers
Kinetix Pro Red 20'' wheelset
Hope skewers
Thomson Masterpiece 31.6mm x 350mm layback seatpost
KCNC Scandium 8% flat bar
Thomson Elite stem
Schwalbe Durano tyres
Brooks Team Pro Vans saddle
Hope F20 flat pedals
KCNC SC13 Twin seat clamp
Selle Royal Mano (Athletic) grips.

That is one pimp bike.
How much does it weigh?
Did you manage to weigh the frameset?

Thanks, I like it and am glad I got it done the way I wanted it. I could have gotten a new SL out the box but wanted to get my own built. Since I already had the Kinetix wheelset that I was going to put on the Jetstream, I am glad I could put them on this bike instead, because even with the Kinetix on the Jetstream, it would still have been a pretty heavy bike.

I didnt weigh the frameset but the whole bike is 9.5 kg (about 21lbs). I could get it a bit lighter with a different saddle and pedals but I was going for a certain look as well as lightness and quality parts so I am pretty happy with it.

I dont think there is anything I would change on it, maybe a more comfy saddle but I have had the saddle about a year and I really need to start using it and wear it in, but it is taking a while, typical issue with the Brooks Team Pro I am told :-).
