Tern Stow Bag or Dahon El Bolso for Link C7?

Which is a better carry bag?

Obviously I plan to use it for things like bringing it into stores and into college etc.

IMO, https://www.ternbicycles.com/gear/carryon-cover

is the better than either, esp. in wet climates. The CarryOn Cover is like a hat... the bottom is open. Velcro straps hold the folder.

Well I kind of was looking for something that would keep my bike from bringing dirt and water into places. That way no one could complain. I live in a really rainy area and my bike gets dirty very fast.

I was thinking about getting that CarryOn bag but it doesn't close at the bottom and water would easily leak out I think. Unless I wiped my bike down a bit, and could really cinch up that draw-string. What do you think?

Oh I also have a rack for my bike. Will the rack get in the way of the CarryOn Cover?

I don't have the Dahon bag but have both of the Tern bags mentioned.
I don't think a rack will be a problem with the cover since I used to cover a Dahon Silvertip which is a much bigger bike.
Since the bottom is open the bike will drip as expected.
The cover is very compact but time consuming to implement.

The Bodybag is very big and has light padding.
I use it to carry a complete WTP Zodiac BMX bike with probably 6" of bag length to spare.
It is very easy to use but not very compact.

Both products are built better than the flimsy ebay/China stuff.
Their price is justified to me, no remorse.

I would rather have water drip onto the deck than collect in a bag. YMMV.
Rear rack is not a problem with the CarryOn Cover. I have used all three bags, and the CarryOn Cover is my fav, esp. if the tires are muddy/grimey/yucky.

My own bike mechanic told me not to wrap up a wet bike in a bag. It could lead to many preventable problems later. I use an old towel to dry off the drippy part when I enter a building. Then unless I forced to bag (mostly I don't), I allow air and warmth to circulate around the bike to dry it off slowly and lube again as needed. Never had any problems yet.

I prefer to use slipcovers, rather than bags, like the one I made for my own folding bikes below:
