Thanks for posting that, a very interesting video. I once took an old 3 speed SA hub apart, its the best way to get an insight into how something works.

The 3 speed vid suggested there was a demo of how the NIG redesign was different
from the oops disengagement, in-between 3rd & 2nd, of the AW3,
but I didn't see it in the menu on the side ... of related Vids..
