small diameter tube main section + cantilever brakes put it in the early production years , I suppose ..

now pocket rockets are built with 1 flat oval tube and V brakes..

correct. also, there was an even earlier version with a 28.6mm top tube, no canti bosses (caliper only), and 1 1/8" headset!

I've really got a soft spot in my heart for Bike Friday's. I really doubt I'll ever own one (and I'd do bad thing to it if I did), but they really are very pretty, very functional bikes.

I'm a big fan of the MBB (moving bottom bracket), not so much the twisted chain (although to be fair, I've never ridden one, so I'd love to try).

being Custom if you wand the whole front wheel drive to turn with the wheel , just say that ..

the NL made Flevobikes hinged the frame under the seat and to steer you just leaned , you could be

doing something else with your hands they were not needed to steer it. http://flevofan.ligfiets.net/

BOMA carbon fiber folding bike. 7.2kg. seems like it would be a good candidate for a gates belt-drive build. super-sleek:

Using one extrusion die to make the 3 main frame parts is a good simplification .

not sure if this is CAD/CGI or actually being made.

on the link i provided there is a "buy" page, so it appears to be an actual production bike.
