"Lightweight Milian, 6660gr.

It is a pleasure to announce that after nearly 2 years of hard work we have finished the preparation of the lightest and coolest Brompton I have ever seen (I can tell I have seen quite a lot of them ).

In no case we have thought that the current Brompton could be improved as it is by default. If it was not due to Andrew Ritchie stroke of brilliance we would not explain this today…

This bike is just another preparation within many others that will come with time, where a bunch of restless and curious youngsters try to express their feelings on a machine.

We are fully aware that it could be made following other criteria, using lighter and more expensive materials, although the point was to let loose our imagination. Thus, making it as if it was intended for ourselves, besides having great fun we have found a way to articulate our particular style and symbol of identity.

These have been our main goals:

- Improve our skills on raw materials.
- Transgress the current design standards and performance on a Brompton
- Carry out a different job where R&D comes first
- Satisfy our technical and aesthetic curiosity

Another main thing is that, as you will see it does not have nor gears neither rear break. It is meant to be a badass bike, to race on uphill chasers, to simply cruise or to be grabbed by a fit triathlete that gets to Andorra and back non-stop. Not much more explanation, it is a dream comes true, nothing else…"

meanwhile, in korea:

note: this is completely built from scratch. coming up with that stem alone was completely worth the whole exercise.

Arghh! I can't stand this thread smallwheeler! I want to try practically every damn bike you post and there's literally nothing in my region. I've got a Brompton and Rivendell and THAT's about as exotic as it gets here.

Sigh.

That being said, I'd love to see a slightly larger Brompton that has wider gearing and can take 20" Big Apple wheels! Yeah... I know it'll never happen....

the way the BF Silk rear end is, it cries out for a suspension strut between the swing arm and the frame

but the CC Thudbusters are good .. Im in the Black-elastomer 190Pound range
2x grey is suggesting a lightweight rider on that one .. blue is their medium density

bought this rare beauty recently. powerfully built all-terrainer. i put it throught it's paces. flies over cobblestone and grassy knoll with aplomb; even with the 13 year old tires. it's pretty filthy and gunked. i'm going to enjoy giving this keeper a full overhaul. definitely going to be stripped and repainted. any suggestions for color?
