Help me with this Birdy

Just saw this bike on ebay, is it a good deal (assuming it does not go crazy with the bidding)? It is not in the best conditions but it seems like birdy goes regularly for a lot more?
I also have a few questions:

1. Does birdy offer different sizes?
2. Birdy describes its frame as "monocoque". Does that mean its frame is carbon? the one in the pic seems to be alu/steel.

TIA.
