Again I want to be clear: I am not a Tern fanboy. I am in the process of making a video documenting how bad folders actually are compared to what they advertise to a newbie like myself. But I also don't think it's justified to panic over 17 failures that were built over 4 years ago without issues since out of the thousands they've made. That's not logic, that's paranoia.
Create an account and read http://www.ternbicycles.com/us/forum...e-shearing-two it is the same thread

Thanks,

Broken pins please help

Both the handlepost and the frame safety pins are broken off on my wife's Tern verge duo. Where can I find the replacement pins to fix the problem? Please help. Thanks

? first you should have received an extra pair from your dealer when u bought the bike ?
it really should be very easy to find out who has pins and usually mails them out at no charge

She got the bike on Craigslist and the seller don't have any extra pin. She contacted Tern a few times at ternbicycles
and they never reply and no response from them. I want to see where I can get those pins and replace them myself. Thanks
