1915 folders or separables?

The historic photo archive site 'vintage everyday' has a shot in their Thursday, October 3, 2013 posting entitled 'Old Photos of World War I in 1915' that includes a couple of soldiers with bikes on their backs. I was just recently thinking how much better today's folders are than the first one I got around 43 years ago, but it turns out that Raleigh 20 was pretty modern after all, relatively...
