Introducing myself - Dahon Mu Uno (single speed)
Hi guys,
I've come across this forum a number of times since purchasing my Dahon Mu Uno in 2012, and finally decided to sign up.
I use the Mu Uno for commuting from Stevenage, Herts to Central London...
Route consists of:
1. Cycle to train station (about 2 miles)
2. Train into Kings Cross
3. Cycle from Kings Cross to Victoria
...and back again.
I haven't made too many alterations since purchasing the bike, but I have added:
-Biologic iPhone mount (although need to upgrade to one that fits the 5s)
-SKS Xtra dry rear mudguard
-Saddle strorage bag
I'm very keen to upgrade my grips to the Ergon GP4, and I'm also looking at how I can carry bags etc using the struss holes on the front of the bike... I.e. something like the Biologic Tour bag. One of the big problems I'm finding is that Dahon accessories are hard to come by in the UK, and it is unclear whether some Tern accessories are compatible.
I've attached some photos of the bike below:

Hi Sam
You will love the GP4's. Only had then for a day but already loving them.
Does that rear mudguard give good protection during proper rain?

The SKS Xtra Dry mudgurard was a good purchase - I'm still not convinced it looks great, but it takes about 3 seconds to attach to the seatpost, so I take it with me when I think it will rain and leave it at home when it's sunny... I'd rather do that than have fenders permanently attached It was pretty cheap: SKS Xtra Dry Rear Mudguard | Evans Cycles and it's kept my backside dry in awful weather so far.

In my thread re: my Muno (got it 2ish weeks ago) I've gone into some detail about the GP4's:

How have you found riding in heavy rain without a mudguard at the front?
I ask because my hybrid's front wheel literally slaps water onto my face even when I'm riding pretty slow. Wondering how the Muno's front wheel will behave in similar situation.

I have personally found it fine over the past few years - I've only had problems from spray off the back wheels (before I bought the mudguard)

A few purchases in the past few weeks...
I've gone for the KlickFix front luggage truss (ironically had to buy it from BMW as MINI make a folding bike. It wasn't in stock (or similar) anywhere else outside of Malaysia. To go on the front of the truss I've just picked up the Tern Kanga rack to hold a rucksack.
I've also finally got round to picking up an iPhone 5s Biologic case/mount.
Pictures to follow...
