Head tube too short on Dahon

I've had my mu uno for a good while now and I like most everything about it except that I wish I could have the handlebars a good few inches higher. I'm only 6 feet but I like to have my seat high enough to the point that I can only touch the ground with just the tips of my shoes and doing this leaves me hunching over the handlebar to avoid having my arms overextended. I doubt there's any solution to this other than go get another bike but I'm wondering if anyone else feels the same way and if you did anything about it or know of a similar model that caters to taller riders.

depending on the clamp diameter of the stem and assuming you are using flat bars you could get a set of flat bars with a rise to add some height. how much height would you need?

You can get a cheap 50mm rise with an Aberhallo Stem .. lots of sellers have them ... problems could come when you fold the handlepost down.. may interfere with other parts.. but you do have a quick release, so you could make adjustments..
