You just have to watch "service" companies with which you do business every minute!
I discussed my monthly bill with my satellite TV provider, and the guy offered me 3 months of premium movie channels for free.
So, I took it.
What he failed to disclose was that the "free" period did not start for 3 weeks hence.
Sooooooooooooooo, when I got my bill, it was $25.00 or so higher!
When I called, the lady said that I had been charged for about 3 weeks of the movie channels,
as the "free" period did not begin til the first of the month.
My one-word response was: "WRONG!"
So, she ultimately adjusted my bill, and all is right with the world, at least for now.
