Cycling away from danger...

Anyone else notice where the President was when that Cessna flew into restricted airspace earlier this week? Out for a ride! I knew he jogged, but who knew the Prez is also a cyclist?

He sucks. So does his bike. So does his administration, as well as his wife. Seems like he never really does anything, at least he was riding and not jerking off with Iraqi crude oil to a graph of projected income after his term is over while contemplating how to pursuade the population that its okay to give away visas to millions of illegal immigrants. What a great guy!

I knew it. He started about a year ago after experiencing knee problems from jogging.

Okay. Let's keep the politics out before this thread has to make the leap over to Politics and Religion.

Calm down only 1 of 6 was politically aligned. And no one responded at any rate.

Was the picture of a Trek that LordOpie posted in another thread really Bike Force One? Opie's kind of a joker so one cannot be too sure...

Old news. Seriously. It came out well before the election when he crashed while on vacation at his ranch. The press flipped out when he showed up at a news conference with a bandaid on his hand. They were speculating about assasination attempts, crazy surgeries, etc. Somebody (I think it was Seely), said that they may have seen the actual bike when an unknown guy (SS?) brought a Trek Fuel in to the LBS for adjustment the afternoon he was reported to have crashed.

I'd say there's a pretty good chance LordOpie did have an actual picture of his bike. That is what he rides, and I doubt very many people could arrange for their bike to be carried that neatly on a military transport. I'm not sure if that's a seperate airplane, or just the cargo compartment on Air Force One.

Bike Force One? No, no, no! That proper title would be Mountain Bike One. Think about it: Air Force One, Marine One...it's only logical.

It'd be kind of neat to ride with bush, he seems to like doing stuff with random people like kiss them in front of the cameras (wtf?), and why not hit some trails with them?

Whether you voted for Bush or not. Can you imagine what would happen if he or any other sitting President said it was your Patriotic duty to bike to work or at least one errand once a week?

It's such a great idea, Marge, that I can't imagine it ever actually hapenning.
