I'm just curious to know if there's a relationship between the type of rider (road, mtn, hybrid, tandem, Recumbent, BMX, etc.) vs. with the type of vehicle they drive (2 seater, sedan, SUV, Pickup, etc).

I've seen lots of "Post a picture of your bike" threads around, but let's see pics of your car(s).

I'll start.....

Current bike 2002 Fuji Roubaix (road)

Pics of my cars
I use this to transport my bike inside the car. I fold down the rear seats, take off the front wheels and pop it onto a QR mechanism mounted on a 2x4....I can fit 2 bikes and 1 passenger.

You have more cars than bikes? What's up with that?

I have two vehicles. My Jeep ZJ is used for offroading and hauling gear and cyclists.

Three cyclists and three bikes on a ferry to the islands... Obviously I'm not in the pictures but the other two are better looking than me anyhow.

Hauling the mountain bike to the trailhead...

Here's the quintessential incriminating picture. /* donning nomex */

Some offroad trail action...

The other vehicle is my wife's Saturn SC2. We use it for day-to-day driving. It sometimes is used to haul my bike such as when my wife drives me to the start line of the STP. It can really only fit a single bike and gear with the back seats folded down.

Actually two lizards and a frog. They like to hide out in the defrost vents. That's how I can tell which ZJ is mine when I walk out into the parking lot at Home Depot.

Hey... there's a bent seat-tube bike on the outside too. Yeah, my friends' bikes also complain about not having pillows for the ride too.

Apparently it has Dura Ace 9-speed now, as well.

Just a low end mountain bike and a Corolla for me. Financial implications are also clearly invovled in this psycho-analysis.

I drive a 2001 ford focus... with a yacama rack up top. I also own and drive ocassionally a 1958 bug. I do not have any pictures of the car on the computer but here is the focus...

Notice the bikes on the car cost more than the car... how typical!

hi565, it's Jaguar XKE --- one of the best Brit cars ever.

To see one in action, see the movie "Harold and Maude"

We have a 2001 VW New Beetle 1.8T. The only way I have to haul bikes in it is to fold down the rear seats, remove both wheels on the bike, and put it all in the hatch. Needless to say, I rarely haul a bike in it.
