I prefer "bonafide" as in I won't talk to you, you are not bonafide.

Real refers to someone that is that real. He doesn't pretend he's stronger than he is. He's honest and transparent with his weaknesses. Don't look to certain NFL receivers in Pennsylvania for an example of someone who is real.
