Do you men like short hair or long hair on a woman? Why?

Do you women like to have short hair or long hair? Why?

Sorry MERTON, for some reason you popped up in my mind when I was asking this. No bad feelings okay? You know I like you......

Edit: Oops. Wrong one. Mods please move to Foo. Thank you. (But then again, this was MERTON-like)

All depends on what is under the skullcap ... the active thing.

Short if she is really fit ... otherwise not too long. I like to drive top down and long haired women complain too much (MS H for example)

go to http://www.johnnycrosslin.com/models/themodelpages.htm

to see what women should look like.

for looks: it depends on the woman. sporty chicks are better with short hair. it's cuter. some nerds are better with it to... but some women are just much more attractive with long hair (kirsta allen, monica bellucci, etc...).. these women have a more sensual apperance.

for feel: long. unless i'm just in the kinda mood where i don't want it in my way.

Ummm. Thanks MERTON. I didn't need to see that. (sigh)

I think that can be true for women also, as regards to guys. In any case, I'd rather avoid short hair in my eyes even if it robs me of attractiveness

Hawaii's alright. The Crow that followed me was in Japan. You can't go 5 min. in Japan without hearing a Crow. Anyway, I was coming home from the Dojo in Tokyo, and a big one basically followed me from tree to tree and ended up hanging out for a while in a Plum tree by the house. I've also had cool encounters with Owls.

Ahh, I didn't think of it from that angle. Hmmm. Anyway I had long hair at one time, but now its like a crew cut. It sure makes life simple.

Anyway long hair, short hair, it doesn't really matter. How can you seperate one part from the whole?

Righto old chap. Maybe your mind is constrained by the limiting views of Western culture? But its not just a western thing. Don't you feel any spiritual connection with nature? Strange things can happen.

You have been fooed...

Depends on the structure of the face. I don't mind either, but I love both IF it matches the structure. Beyond that, it plays a small part in attraction. In my life they have to have some degree of attitude. I am never attracted to girly girls. Regardless of their looks I like woman who can handle themselves.

Having, at some point in my life, had both. I have discovered that women like personality. Regardless of what it is, that particular person, likes a particular personality, otherwise the 80's would have been a lost cause on most of us .

From my (guy's) perspective I like either. I think it depends on the woman and what looks better on her.

One observation I've made.....women that have a little more meat on their bones, IMO look better with long hair. Short hair on a bigger girl tends to sort of give that pig-faced look. I've seen many a meaty girl that looked kind of piggy and not too attractive who would have looked pretty good with longer hair.

Blondes tend to look better with long hair to me. Black hair tends to look better when its long to me.

I guess it just depends on the girl's face, hair color, and who knows what other factors.

Purely depends on the girl. Some look terrible with long hair, and some look bad with short...

Now, as for why a crow would follow a person, that's simple....it wanted sex and was resorting to stalking people as a means to possibly score.

(...ok ok, I'll shut the hell up now....sheesh! )

I have long hair and I'm very active. I can pull my hair back whenever. Now most guys tell me to leave my hair long, I also have very dark features so maybe this is why they like it long.
I for a long time wore my hair bob-cut style and have been asked even by my grandmother to leave my hair long cause its super pretty. So I guess it depends everyone has different opinions.

The last time I cut my hair it was down to my elbows. I asked for a trim and by the end of the session, my hair ended up like Rod Stewart. I was in tears and hid my hair for days. Now it's getting long again (not AS long) and it's easy to put it up but now it's to the point that I am always tying it up. I just might hack it again, that's why I asked. But then I don't want to have regrets, either....sigh.....

Most men I know like long hair cause they find it sexy, I could careless what they think I'm the one that has to style my hair. So I will wear it the way I like. I love my hair right now it looks great.
I also really like it long cause when your wearing a helmet it doesn't fall out into my eyes or on the sides.

Be careful, my ex-girlfriend cut her hair from long to med. long and couldn't get it to grow back again for several long years. The tips kept getting damaged for some reason. She was really bummed, but she was the type that is always playing with her hair--pulling at a strand with the fingers of two hands over and over, constantly curling a strand with her finger.

I've been fascinated with crows for a long time. They have character and cool and mystical qualities. Of course, one of my favorite poems is THE RAVEN.

Cool. That reminds me of something Sinéad O'Connor said. It goes like: "Sometimes I think about growing my hair long and having some man fall madly in love with me".

I agree with king termite. If you're a body structure that likes horizontal stripes, then short hair works. If you're a body type that likes vertical stripes, keep the hair long. Same theory.
