    I'm not too sure about sites, but the only good program i know of is Limewire.

    I went out to archive.org and downloaded a Cowboy Junkies show that my wife and I went to a couple of years ago. Always fun to have a souvineer of a show like that. Sound quality was typical lo-fi audience taped stuff.
