ordered some indian food from a really good place. had some melt in your mouth lamb in this spicy suace on top of some rice, and some appitizers. oh cant forget a whole bunch of water.

We went out for some fine dining. I had a very delicious New York strip, medium rare and a cup of the best Lobster Chowda in New England.

Medium rare is the way to go!
Medium rare Filet Minion, maybe cooked with red wine. At the marriot hotel in Washington DC, this stuff is gods food.

Grilled tuna steak (raw on the inside) warmed through and served w/ a chicken stock & white wine reduction finished w/ butter and served w/ grilled asparagus and rice pilaf. Washed it all down w/ a chardonnay that was in the fridge.
