Uncooked rice?

I had a whole wheat bagel, not toasted with cream cheese and a large coffee.

It's just so much easier to measure uncooked.

I had a glass of sweet tea, followed by PB & crackers with a glass of milk.

I used to measure rice after it's cooked. Then I realized that about 1/2 the weight was water and it threw off all my calorie calculations. So... uncooked rice it is!

My girlfriend woke up 30 minutes before me, and made me breakfast before i went to work . Toast, back bacon, and scrambled eggs, and tea. Tea tastes the best after a fried breakfast.

I had a real cold hike in the puckerbrush. [And no Danno, that's not a euphemism for any other calorie-consuming breakfast.] . . .then a big cuppa' Java.

Hey me too...I had Cheerrios with a sliced banana.

And now I'm eating Lays potato chips. Yeah...no wonder I'm hanging on to the holiday pounds! Hey...I did really good...for about two weeks!

I had 10 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch with vanilla soy milk. Thats was all that was in the house, and being that I'm off from midterms, I thought I could gorge myself.

today i rushed, so i completely missed breakfast. however, a normal day contains:

bowl of cereal
banana
toast with jelly
glass of OJ
coffee

i'd say that makes up about 80-90% of my breakfasts.
