...Right now, while you are on BikeForums.

I'm waiting for the wax to haze on my bike before I polish it off.

Then I'm going to eat ice cream.

Heh. Well from my understanding of most public gyms thats usually a blessing.

I invested 1500, back when I had a job, and got myself a Bowflex X2 and it sits in my living room feet from my computer.

The only thing my dumbbell does is hold my feet down. I like the bowflex because I can exercise muscles that lifting weight won't touch. I'm not a big fan of weights and neither are my slender wrists. I've been able to tone my body and that's all I'm concerned with.

Amen, I went out last night after work just to get in as much of a ride as I could before the trails closed. It's supposed to go down to the 30's over the week end and colder next week in central NC.

haha. yes this weather so r0x0rz teh b0xen for cycling. Last 2 years since i started cycling back up I've always tasted blood in lungs and dealt with the pain from swelled hands due to riding in 40 below weather. This month has just been glorious.

As a sort of 'celebration' of the end of the week, I went bowling with some friends for a few hours this afternoon, then played ping pong for a few more hours tonight. Quite a workout, I'm pretty sore and tired now Gonna take a shower and get to bed so I can get up early and watch some broomball! It's the weekend!! Wooo!!
