What is up with the weather..

Back in december... we had temperatures into the 60's during midweek only to dip down into the teens and back again.
We just had the biggest snow storm of the season with temperatures in the 20's two days ago. Now, it's going to be 55 degrees for the next 3 days then within a day drop down to an overnight low of 15.

UN Convention 1976- Environmental Modification Techniques <- this last one is interesting because in order to have a treaty, doesn't it mean that such technologies are well-defined in order to have an agreement?

Did you see that movie, I think it was "The day after tomorrow" ? It was about an ice age. I believe a lot of it was in NYC. Go see that movie, then think about all the climate changes. It's a little spooky.

Anyway, it's just the end of civilization as we know it.

Nah, not a conspiracy when I see them flying out of Vandenberg all the time. I'll leave for a 5-hour Solvang ride with perfectly crystal-clear skies. During the ride, I'll see groups of planes flying those contrails criss-crossing the skies. By the time my ride's over, those contrails will have expanded into a grid of clouds, then a full blanket. Farmer's been doing this for decades starting in the 50's, think about the advancements since then. Just that 1976 treaty's enough to tell you they wanted to regulate the technology.

The thing is that we know so more about weather systems and managing it now than ever before.

and yet weather men are less then 30% accurate to this day. If there are clouds in the sky there is a chance for rain
If there are no clouds in the sky there is a chance for rain
If there are some clouds in the sky there is a chance for rain

I have yet to ever see a weather man state anything that could be relied on that could not be inferred by looking at the map, the weather outside or prior weather patterns for that region.

No ****ing ****.
With that weather technology you can either
a) stimulate the conomy
b) kill the economy

"Natural" disasters in the 90's forced insurance companies to pour billions of dollars into the economy. Poof economy appears to be booming for 8 years

Take a look at Weather Wars for more info on weather manipulation using scalar weapons. The idea is that the big governments of the world are using Nikola Tesla's discoveries and inventions to control "free energy" (or something like that). Since this energy exists everywhere, one can tap into it, manipulate it, and create unbelievable weapons that are much, much, much more powerful than nukes.

Wow, kind of like using the Force, eh? So, mankind supposedly has developed technology that will allow manipulation of weather patterns? And this is the same mankind that has failed to develop an umbrella that is effective when the wind blows? I'm a bit skeptical...

rofl. Amen Namenda. Conspiracy theorists all have the same failings. They seem to think that governments that are demonstrably incapable of finding their ass with both hands and a map are somehow capable of hiding powerful weapons or inventions and using them only for nefarious purposes, yet somehow those nefarious purposes are never DRAMATIC purposes, more like "They've developed the ability to control people's minds, and they're using it to make people watch FOX news." Duh! If the government could control people's minds there'd be 5 million brain-zombies building a statue of Dubya.

I know, pretty bizarre weather. Ive taken advantage and gone riding outside any chance I have . Wednesday was bizarre riding among the 2 feet snow piles. I went riding today and most of it is melted (just in time for the storm that is now headed our way).
