Anyone from Tucson, Arizona????

I'm headed out there tomorrow, bf has a 24hr mtb bike race there this weekend.
Just wanted to see how the weather has been, I checked the weather channel no rain in the forecast maybe on Sunday but looks pretty good. Its our first time out there and we are pretty excited especially since Colorado is BRRRR cold right now.

I have a friend who lives there who was just complaining today that the temps had been cool for this time of year....only upper 70's.

i was raised there - spent 20 years under the sun. this time of year the weather should be really nice. although it will get chilly at night and in the mornings. so, bring at least a light jacket or a sweater. you'll love it there, i'm sure. it's a very chill city.

You've got to go to Dirtbag's and The Sausage Deli. (No, we don't sell sausage.)

Good bands in Tucson. See if Gila Bend or Giant Sand / Howie Gelb are gigging in town while you are there.

There was a gem show in there that supposedly just finished up The weather appeared to be beautiful but I think the nights were cold from her accounting of the experience and her photos.
