some blogs use code link [ link]http://www.linktoplace/page.html[ /link]
(take out the spaces. If you have a specific blog software specify its name

I notice your blog is a Blogger.com blog.

They have a very good Help Page. Here's the link to their how-to on posting links.

If you want the links to be in the sidebar, you have to go to your template and then use the HTML code TexasGuy mentioned.

If you want them in your post, just use the HTML code.
