I could have possibly been on tv . I was cycling and local nbc was videotaping the opening of a church. The news casters actually seemed to be semi-interested in me as i cycled up the hill

I had a radio show back in college and even earned the station's not-so distinguished DJ of Year award. To bad the station went out over the campus cable and not broadcast airwaves at the time!

My national radio experience was going 5 for 5 on public radio's comedy quiz show "Whad'Ya Know?" back in 1998. The show's out of Madison, WI. My parents in Missouri chanced to hear me, as did a coworker who lives out in Maine! Nationwide! I have a CD of the show and sound like a total goof-ball, which is pretty accurate for me!

Hey... there is a member of BF who is a big name in Milwaukee radio, but he hangs out on the roadie board most of the time.... hint... it ain't the Knave...

I did a TV ad, had a few minutes of standup shown on the old comedy channel, and did some voice over work.

An NBC news lady asked my gf and I if we wanted to do a tv interview on something in union square. My gf grabbed me and walked off cause she was afraid I'd slip some anti semetic slur in it or something.

ha, im only 18 and have been on the air three times that i know of. Two times it was for the NY saint patty's day parade for i was in playing the bag pipes, and my sis did irish step dancing Once more when i was in elementary school, NBC 4 did a report on our school when we, P.S 222 were the first to implement satelite communication technology, where we were able to communicate with other students around the world into our public school system.

When I lived in Central Maine, I played lead trumpet during my high school years.
During that time, I was not only involved in the school's marching band but also the concert band, and jazz band which was not easy to get into. I was on local TV and/or radio many times performing at various functions such as sports events, parades, band competitions, as well as local and state political events.

Times changed as the years went on. In the past few years, I've joined the Bicycle Coalition of Maine (BCM) and have had the chance to ride in some Independence Day Parades as well as local parades in Bethel, Belfast, and Belgrade Lakes, ME. During those, local TV was there and I got to see the coverage later in the day.

    How about anyone else?

Back in the day, I was auctioned off on a "buy a bachelor for a night" or some such thing for a fundraiser. To heighten my embarrassment the local radio station interviewed me.

I flicked off the camera dude, but they didn't air it.

I did see myself during stage 3 of the '04 Tour de Georgia, cheering as Lance Armstrong out sprinted Geroge Hincapie, Gordan Fraser, and Mario Chipollini. I also was on the air on the Lex and Terry Show one morning discussing alternatives to driving. Then there was the infamous newspaper article on my wife, my friend, and I sitting in folding chairs waiting to buy tickets for one of the Star Wars prequels.
    Bikes use brakes to stop.

If your bike has breaks, don't ride it.

I answered a trivia question on the radio last fall. The DJ even got me to sing the song that was the answer, Shake, Shake, Shake, Shake Your Booty, how embarassing. And I was on the local news last summer to talk about a rash of boat break-ins at the marina where we keep our sailboat. I felt like a dork when I saw myself on the screen telling the theives that if any of us boat owners caught them it would'nt be pretty. The break-ins did stop though.

i was a guest on my friend's college radio show. it wasn't the most intelligent show.

i know i've made it on tv a few times by just being in the background, but nothing of any importance.

back in highschool, i had quite a few pictures and interviews in the news paper for football and wrestling. glory days are over, though...

I made the front page of Parade Magazine's yearly issue What People Make in '04. I was pictured right next to Elvis, Cameron Diaz, Giselle Bundschen and someone else I can't quite remember.

I am regularily featured on RSN's television for two segments. One is for backcountry telemark skiing with a group of fellow freeheelers. The other features me and three other team mates during Breckenridge's telemark bump buffet competition from '99.

Back in the early 90's, I was president of an animal welfare group, in Mineola, TX. The local radio station had me on a few times to discuss local politics. I always had to remind the callers that we were NOT trying to propagate animal rights, only humane treatment.

In 1988, my father-in-law (Steven) and I were on an episode of Dallas. The scenario was that Southfork was under some sort of threat. Anyway, JR went to a shooting range to hire mercinaries to protect the ranch.

The show, that week opened with Steven and I shooting pistols on the range, (I had on a beanie baseball cap with a Three Stooges pin on it and got to sport a big ole .45 magnum). They panned out and Larry Hagman walked by on his way to meet his guns-for-hire.

I think I had "Produced by Stephen Bochco" just under my ear, when the show aired.
    That's gonna leave a mark.

When I was in college I was answered the trivia question on Dave Morey's morning show on KFOG. The prize was that he'd play a request for you. I chose Blackbird by the Beatles.

A few years ago, I was on Jeopardy. Again, all that random stuff that sticks in my head paid off.
