Least favorite AOLese?

Which are yours?

One of mine is "my b". As if it isn't bad enough that you've done whatever it is wrong, but you can't even admit it properly.

OK, time for some free-flowing hostility....

-------------------------------------------

TLDR (aka "teal deer" ...how morons pronounce the abbreviation) = Too long, didn't read.

Yeah, now these jacktards have managed to have such short attention spans that they have to abbreviate their excuses now...how about just typing this instead:

I
Sofa
King
We
Todd
Did

...it pretty much says the same thing, but is better by at least a factor of twelve.

-------------------------------------------------
GFYAD ...Go (bleep) yourself and die.

I really hate this one, if you are going to be annoying at least be creative.

Example: "How about you go have a draino and tinfoil smoothie, you cretinous cesspool!"

---------------------------------------------------

kekekeke or jajajajaja

please stop, there is no reason to be this annoying (seriously, I stopped playing starcraft so I would never see this crap again)...the proper way to act like a sugar-addicted ADHD wannabe 10 year old who found their parent's PCP supply is "HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHALOLROFL" and "YEAH, (bleep)!!!!!!"

------------------------------------------
nub

....it's n00b or newb, depending on the situation. If you cannot figure out which one to use, go find a box of sparkling red paper wrapped candles to go play with. I'm sure your parents would be proud.

-------------------------------------

That pretty much sums it up for today. Next time, we can go into the depths of the vocabular cesspool known as AOL, and dig into recursive acronyms...aka "abbreviations for morons too dimwitted and lazy to accept known abbreviations, such as RDR (radar...is two As too (bleep)ing hard to type in...)"

I hate that. I hate all of it and will generally ignore questions that include that crap, but then again I ignore questions about "brifters" too.

I don't mind the ubiquitous ones so much, shoot, I even gave up and started using "lol". Its when people try to write entire sentences like this that they sound like a 13 year old. I'm sorry, but Prince is still the only one allowed to do it.

What gets me is it wouldn't suprise me a bit if the people that use aolese do it in school as well. I bet it drives english teachers nuts.

Oh, it also drives me nuts when posters can't use proper punctuation and paragrahs.

I also really hate "whatnot." As a teen, I had a friend who used it all the time and it always made me want to smack her.

I use "LOL" all the time in e-mail because of lack of voice inflection. Had no idea it was part of that evil language that sucks the brains out of people and keeps kids from learning to spell.

I hate it all. All of it. Although I'd be interested to know what "1337" actually means, and why "noob" is spelt with either upper case Os or zeros, can't see any time benefit to that one...

newb = newbie, neophyte.

n00b = a moron who keeps making the same frackin mistake over and over again, whether intentionallyor just through plain idiocy.

Basicaly, we were all newbs, but newbs improve over time. On the other hand, a n00b does not.

This is why I get annoyed when someone calls someone else a n00b, as it's actually derogatory.
