Seeing my family do well.

Feeling well.

Feeling that I'm able to help my hospitals most ill patients feel better about things.

Hearing the stories of older people about their families and lives.

Knowing beautiful, kind women.

Experiencing the beauty of the Earth, and being a living part of it.

Spending time with my GF.

Just riding. It doesn't matter what kind of riding, just riding is good enough.

Sleeping.

absolute joy... warm day, feeling the sun on your skin as you bike near the ocean, stopping at the cliff ( my favorite spot) to take in all of it's surrounding beauty, feeling small next to the ocean, feeling tall on your bike remembering that you are healty and have a great understanding of what life is all about and how important he little things are, absolute joy... knowing you dont need anyone to make you feel happy, you just are as you get back on your bike and continue to feel the warm breeze embracing your whole body

I have to agree with Zorro. Last night we had dinner with both of my daughters, their husbands, and my two month old grandson. Everyone is healthy, happy, and loving life. It is the best of times and will get even better in November when grandchild number two comes along.

Seeing my daughter smile at me.

The moment when I pull back on the stick/yoke of my plane and I feel the wheels leave the ground, knowing I'm not earthbound any longer.

Being out in the woods, rolling along.

Walking in the quiet hush of a heavy winter snowfall.

Seeing a Bald Eagle (or other beautiful bird or animal) go by while riding.

Sleeping in late in the morning cuddled up next to my sweetie.
Sipping a cup of chai while watching and listening to a thunderstorm.
Flying down a white covered mountain on a calm peaceful night.
Seeing the beauty of the earth all around me.
Accomplishing something I've worked hard at.
Puppies.
Dancing.
Excersising my body and feeling the results from it.
