MP3 Player

I bought a MP3 Player at the local thrift store, but it didn' t have the port wiring or any hardware for downloading from my computer. Does anyone know where i can find the disc for downloading from my computerm and can I bought the port wiring from Wal-Mart or Circuit City. It is a Craig Personal MP3 Player, looks like a basic model. Any suggestions or comments would be appreicated.

is this the player? http://cgi.ebay.com/CRAIG-MP3-Player...QQcmdZViewItem

Right now all we have from you is the brand (Craig is an off-brand of sorts, and their website is incredibly out of date)

If you can, try to find the FCC ID on teh unit somewhere...that will hint as to the real manufacturer so we might be able to find something at all.

edit: here is another link for you, in hopes of identifying what unit your's is: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...60847?v=glance

OK.

Anything to I it helps, such as model number, FCC ID, etc.

Thing is the FCC ID is linke to the manufacturer of the item, so if this was say a rebadged/re-plasticed Rio, I could find out that way.

More than likely you can go to Wal Mart, Radio Shack, or wherever and get a cord for it. Plug it in, and transfer files. Just take it to the store with you to make sure the plugs are the right size.

Thanks for the reponses. I did go to Wal-mart and they did have the cord. I even downloaded some Bluegrass music to listen to on my way home today.

Thanks, Elad

Got ya all beat with a '59!!

Craig "Powerplay" was the badboy of stereos back in the day. They had something insane like 12 watts of power!! And they had a little red light that flickered when you really cranked up the volume....lol.
