nah, car be cue sounds too much like carbon cue. If carbon cue is a pool stick, or something else I shall never know, and would like keeping that way

I used to have a black graphite laminated custom Schmelke Snooker cue, that I used for pool anyways. Now one of my friends back in Indiana has it....long story, it got stolen, he managed to get it back...I decided he can have it for all the trouble he went through.

Now I just use cheap grahpites from wally world....that Schmelke was nice, but I did feel uncomfortable walking into a pool hall with a stick like that....I got way too many sharks approach me, and not enough people who just want to play for the hell of it.

edit: oh and I am possibly one of the most inconsistant pool players ever....I can suck for days on end, and then for no reason I might run the table for an hour or two in the most disturbing way possible. It's annoying...I think I am aiming right, but I'm either not linear in my stroke, or I have some serious flaw in my shooting form.

So what kind of car was it? I'd guess an older VW.

Crazy. On my commute this morning, I saw a Metro bus with a ton of smoke pouring out the back...dunno if it had an engine fire or something. Right after I passed it, two firetrucks came flying up.

Earlier this summer I was in Moab, UT (not with the bike ) I was camping out with a group of folks at a campground on the north end of town. At 1am I was woken up by an explosion. What the....?! Got out of my tent to see what was going on. We could see about 1/4 mile away to the road and there was a tractor trailer with the rear end on fire. Flames were 20 feet high (twice as high as the truck!) We didn't know just what happened until we drove by it the next day. Looked like maybe the rear brakes heated up or caught on fire, the tire blew. KABOOM! and the cargo started burning. Some excitement in Moab....

The big noise may have been either a tire blowing or the driver dropping the trailer in a hurry. There was no tractor hooked to it when it was burning.
