That's fine, but you've been doing some repetitive motions with the muscle that is continuing to contract because of the electrolyte imbalance. It isn't a dangerous thing. It used to happen to me a lot when I was young and ran/rode nearly the whole day. I thought it was pretty cool - but I guess if it went on for more than a few minutes, it would have been annoying.
Go eat a banana or two, because you might be telling everyone that you don't train, but your body thinks otherwise.
