    Need muscle help.

For the last few days I've had almost continous(sp) muscle spasms in my (mostly right) quads.

they dont hurt, just really annoying, it's bad enough that you can see them twitch through my pants. What gets rid of these?

You are probably low on potassium. Try taking a multivitamin, and eating some bananas, and drinking water. You need to get your electrolyte balance back to normal.

Are you taking a good multi-vitamin? It could be a potassium deficiency or it could just be over-training?

I dont take vitamins and I dont train, i'm in it for the fun.

I ride BMX and DH if it means anything, although mostly it's been BMX due to lack of funds.

That's fine, but you've been doing some repetitive motions with the muscle that is continuing to contract because of the electrolyte imbalance. It isn't a dangerous thing. It used to happen to me a lot when I was young and ran/rode nearly the whole day. I thought it was pretty cool - but I guess if it went on for more than a few minutes, it would have been annoying.

Go eat a banana or two, because you might be telling everyone that you don't train, but your body thinks otherwise.
