I was just wondering if this is happening with anyone else. When I first signed up with netflix service was awesome. I received every movie I requested almost immediately, this was during the trial month. I received 19 movies the first month. Now I had read that there was a lawsuit and that after the first month most people had to wait a little longer for new releases and more popular movies. I was okay with that. The second month I was still getting just as many movies, I just had to wait a little longer for a few of them, no big deal. While I was waiting they were sending me other movies on my list.
Okay, now the problem. During the first couple of months all of my movies were coming from Pennsylvania, just one state away. I received most movies in one business day. Well, now the past couple of weeks they have started shipping my movies to me from California. What this is doing is making it take four days for me to receive a movie and four more days to send it back. Now instead of getting four or five movies a week I am lucky to get two movies a week.
Has this been happening to anyone else? I want to see if it is a coincidence before I contact netflix about it. If it is going to continue to be this way I will be switching over to Blockbuster.
Oh, if it matters I'm on the 3 movies at a time, unlimited number per month plan.
