That's for work? That is teh hawtness! But you didn't follow the rules of ss/fg pic posting and photograph it in front of a grafitti covered wall and show an alternate shot of the chainline.

no, thats just the way its setup at the moment, I wanted to start there since the frame already has you way back over the rear wheel anyway, so far only a ride around the block to make sure everything was tight.........spacers for the stem are coming off pronto, and the saddle needs raised a bit and moved back a bit, other than that I dont know yet, usually takes months for me to get a bike dialed in

so far it feels like a razor compared to my steel bikes running 27 1 1/8" slicks, thing is light as a feather too, I can fling it all over the road, feels a tad undergeared too, might have to put a 52/15 or 52/16 on it, we'll see

well I figured since it appears im gonna be doing this for like forever, I might as well build a bike suited to the job instead of converting one like I usually do, I dont do grafitti wall shots though-----those neighborhoods round here I pass thru but do not stop in, its bad enough here with dudes getting shot(had one next door last week)

http://www.chucksbikes.com

it was $274.xx shipped, and they sent me the wrong frame, I ordered the older model, they sent me the newer one which is $50 more so I didnt complain, although I did have to get a new headset for it and the fork isnt drilled for a brake and it lacks a rear brake bridge too

all brand new parts, built like that one, its about $530 total

So Siu, when are you getting one?

Maybe if we get them together, we can get a discount!

Gotta love chucksbikes. They have some insane deals once in a while. I picked up a Miche Supertype seatpost for $40 last month. The usually go for $70-$80 elsewhere.

dont worry, the mtb's wont get jealous, I have one of those too, its sits in the corner collecting dust until we have a big snowstorm or icestorm, then I put big ugly studded tires on it and ride it

Y'know, you can get a SS MTB w/ a flip-flop free/fixed hub and ride fixed on the streets and ss on the trails...But nah, that track bike is sex!

Good Lord those lugs are beautiful and the detailing is nice, but I'm not feeling the colors.
