Can you spell?

It's amazing how little people care about spelling these days. I just found this spelling quiz on MSN. If you have a spare minute or two check it out, see how well you do.

8/15. Yeah, well. I never really cared all that much. I never felt correct spelling was a sign of intellengence, although I'm sure many do.

You know this thread is gonna summon the grammer nazis, "Blah blah blah, todays schools are just terrible..."

12/15. the test would be much harder if you actually had to spell the words instead of comparing them. then, i'd probably get 1/15.

Why do people have such a hard time spelling the word ridiculous? I think that is the #1 word that people can't spell.
