Thank you Captain Obvious!

I just saw an ad on TV for a sleep aid called Lunesta. One of the side effects that the commercial warned about was drowsiness. Wow, who would have guessed that a sleep aid could make you drowsy? I'm so glad that someone is watching out for us!

Actually, the sugar from the big ol' bowl of Count Chocula that I ate 3 days ago is just starting to wear off... So yeah, it's about time for bed.

The best sleep I've ever had was brought on by a crazy cough syrup I took for an awful cold. It made me feel like the whole world was a warm, happy blanket.

I was up this morning way before dawn pedaling my mountain bike through the hills, on some rough ass roads. I put in 30 miles, then got in the car and drove a couple hundred miles for work. Came home, loaded the kid's trailer behind my bike and rode over to pick them up from daycare. Then did work around the house, had supper, helped my little girl around the block many times on her bike with training wheels, played basketball with my son, spent 30 minutes doing homework with my son and now I am here.

I am tired. And I don't need no freakin sleep aid.

We'd get along well! I'm sitting here drinking a 24 oz cup of espresso right now!

I like the commercial for the 'Woodie Pills"... "If you have an erection lasting more than four hours, please consult a physcian".

Right, the guys I know would be all at the bar bragging it up!

I wasn't sleeping for crap when I signed my mortgage and moved in. Finally am able to sleep now. Not sure if the supplement I am taking is helping or if some of the stress has gone away.
