And here's what I liked best. As the video went on, you stopped talking about the weight loss. Yeah, you showed some photographs of yourself, obviously slimmer and trimmer, but your former weight stopped defining you. You broke out of that completely. Breaking away from something that has so limited you before is a huge triumph. Congratulations and keep on rolling.
