Hello to everyone

It is Mrs. S. here. I see that Tom has been telling you about how I did on the bike ride. I had the time of my life. I was in leg pain for the last 2 days. But that will get better as time goes on. The hill Tom told you about was a great big treat. I went down that hill faster than I thought was possible. But that squeal that came out of me was not one of fear but of one of I WANNA DO THAT AGAIN. Guess what I did. Tom, I think he thought I was in trouble. NOPE. Just having too much fun. I told him let's do this one again.

well i had better get off of here before I write a book.
Best wishes and rides to all of you

That's great, Mrs. S! You have no idea how jealous I am that you have hills to ride down. This place is flatter than any pancake I have ever encountered . Take it easy on the legs -- as fun as it is, you don't want to overdo it right off the bat!

Glad you had a great time Mrs. S --but don't stop riding! especially after a hard day, our legs need an easy day to help recover. Even if it's around the block a couple times, keep them spinning

Can't wait to hear about your next adventure!
