I never eat 2500 calories in the day. But I've read that's normal for most people. I think roughly I eat under 1500 a day. I do eat badly, but I don't eat alot. I'm just wondering if maybe I should be putting more in?
So far today.
Soda- 130 calories
Granola bar- 140 calories
I won't eat again till dinner.
Of course I do take a multivitamin, and a vitamin e pill everyday. Maybe that makes up for nutrients.
