    Secret Recipes?

    ...you are willing to share?

    Mine involves green beans.

How do you cook green beans? Steamed? Boiled? Pressure cooker perhaps?

None of the above. I broil them. Fresh green beans, lightly sprayed with olive oil, a little sea salt and a couple minutes under the broiler until they just start to turn brown and a little wrinkly.

Why isn't 11 pronounced onety one?

Well this is just a salad that i love. You take frozen shrimp, or fresh if you like and boil them with some salt until they are fully cooked. Then boil or steam rice(which ever you like). Boil some eggs and chop them up. Then mix the shrimp, rice, eggs, salt and mayo all together, but dont put to much mayo because it will make the salad have a pure mayo taste and not all the other stuff. If you really want to make this, PM me and i'll give you approx amount of stuff you need.

Potatoe candy. Prick a spud, boil it until its like a baked potatoe, peel the skin, then mix powdered sugar into it until its a dough. Roll it out, slap peanut butter on top, then roll it up. Slice it into cookie shapes. Its my grandmas recipie. (She died of diabetes by the way)

    This is a quick appetizer.

1/2 cup cooked crab meat, 1/4 cup shredded mozzerella, 2 table spoons mayonnaise, dash of paprika, eight large mushrooms. Mix everything together except the mushrooms. Remove stem from mushrooms. Using a spoon, stuff mixture into mushrooms and put under broiler till slightly brown on top.

That sounds good. On the mushroom note, if you take mushroom and take the stemm off and chop the stem up, and mix that with mayonaise(add garlic). Then stuff that mixture into the mushroom and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then take regular cheese, and put some on top, then bake untill the cheese is nice and brown. Then enjoy...very good.
