Don't run red lights, wear a helmet, use hand signals, get some cycle lights(front and rear) and, FFS, don't run red lights!

Mirona - man, that's depressing - especially assuming those are mostly single occupant cars

Stacey - I have no idea what you're talking about - honest :O

TexasGuy - weekly club cycle rides or anything similar? (anyway, had a look on google earth and west west FW seems to be benbrook?)

There is nothing that i can tell in the way of cyclists out here . I mewan ziclh. i've seen maybe 3 or 4 cyclists and never more thenone at a time. I've been meaning to godown to the bikeshop on Cherry lane and see if there are any group rides but tbh cycling groups really are not "my people". I just end up hanging in the back with next to nothing to say.

luckily no - although london's population is pretty transient at the best of times - especially with house prices so high that the average new mortgage buyer is 40+

Anyway, the quiet guy at the back who stomps everyone is always welcome on group rides in London at least
