Who here feels sleepy?.

Man i woke up this morning at 7 am to run 6.6 miles today, felt fine starting but by the time i was done running i felt quite sick and had a sprained ankle. Then after a while felt better then from 2:45 - 5:05 i was sleeping ate dinner and now i am getting sleepy again. Must be getting sick, i never feel sick while running.

I don't usually sleep when I travel, but nicely enough I also don't usually feel tired at all. So yeah, not me. At least not right now!

There are days where I feel sleepy. sadly if i take a nap i'll feel horrible the rest of the day. What you need to do is throw on some hard sounding trance and do some dancing.
That will wake you up.

Stress from work makes me not sleep, plus stress from others at my house. Negative+Negative does not equal positive in this case.

I hate sleeping; think it's a complete waste of time. However, I do need about 6-hours of sleep to not be groggy the next day. Even then, I have some backup...
