    Pain

    Went to the gym and did leg presses, squats, abs, and lower back workout. It's Thursday and my thighs are aching! This sucks!

    will do. I am seriously moving as fast as an old man with a walker. Apparently two days is the magic number between resistance training and PAIN.

    sounds like my bro when he started working out again. The key is to be like me and never stop
    Of course I can remember it was quite painful for me when i pretty much started for the first time several years ago.
