Filet mignon, medium rare. I seldom eat red meat, but when I do, I do it right.

Steak tartar! I really need to know the quality of the meat AND the butchers cleanliness standards though before I prepare it! (I also like "Cannibal Sandwiches".....Steak Tartar on an onion roll with horseradish!)

Belly pork - slow roasted for about 3 hours on a bed of onions, yum!

Filet mignon - cooked just this side of screaming ie. seared on the outside, warm in the middle.

I want my baby-back, baby-back, baby-back ribs! Git in my belly!

All meat's good but I'm allergic to chicken so that's out.
