You have to upload the image to a server somewhere. (I removed the IMG tags from your post for illustration purposes.)

Essentially you're directing us to the location where the image resides on your computer, but that location doesn't exist on the bikeforums.net server.

When posting, click the Manage Attachments button below, then click on Browse in the new window. Navigate to the image, click Upload, then click Close This Window.

Your image should appear as an attachment below your post.

If you want the image to be an inline graphic as opposed to an attachment, you'll need to either upload it to a server somewhere (like imageshack or flickr, for example), or attach it to a post.

Once it's attached to a post, click on the attachment then copy the image location. In the post that you want the image inlined, click on the button, then paste the location of your image in the window that appears, and click OK.

That's pretty cool. I've always had a thing for shaft-driven bikes.
