Quotes on life.

We all have them, little sayings about life. Only a few words long but they can mean so much. Things like lifes a joke, so have some fun' or 'live life today, for tommorow is uncertian.'

Lets hear your sayings.

This Nietzsche saying has found its way into many languages. My favorite bastardization of this saying is:
"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Lately, that's my mantra.

Also: "Gettin' old ain't for sissies." <VERY serious Vega look>

I have a few others that I'll have to look up in my late husband's "quote file." He was big into this....

Not sure who said this but it was used in an Element Skateboard ad. I have it framed in my office.

Just when you think you have seen strange, you see a love bug, and at that moment understand exactly what a "flying f---" really is.......what's strange now, punk? (me....having a mini-rant about the love bug infestation at work this past summer).

An eerie one from "1984" by George Orwell.
He who controls the past controls the future and he who controls the present controls the past.

One of many amazing quotes from C.S. Lewis (this one taken from "The Great Divorce"):
Evil cannot succeed at doing evil even so much as good can succeed at doing good.
